Seller Drop-Offs:
Once your item sells, you have 1 week to drop it off at the Jack & Juni warehouse during our open shopping hours. Visit JackandJuni.com/hours to view our current hours of operation. Once the item is confirmed to match the listing description and is checked into our warehouse, your commission will be paid out! We’ll handle the rest, including customer communication and logistics.

Item Inspections by Buyers:
Buyers may inspect items in person during pick-up. If the item is not picked up in person, Jack & Juni staff will ensure that the item is correct, as described, and in sellable condition before completing the sale.

Buyer Pick-Up and Shipping:
Buyers have 2 weeks from the date of item arrival at the warehouse to either pick up their item or request shipping. After 2 weeks, unclaimed items will be returned to Jack & Juni’s inventory and the sale will be forfeited. The total sale amount will be converted into Jack & Juni Credit unless other arrangements have been made for a longer pickup timeframe.

Free Shipping Offer:
To save even more, we offer FREE shipping on orders of $35 or more with shippable products. You can combine your order with products from JackandJuni.com or other marketplace items purchased within the same week to qualify for this offer! This DOES NOT include large items like toys, gear and other equipment!

Final Sale:
Please note, all items sold on the marketplace are final sale and cannot be returned once collected.
